We asked the young coaches what their most precious objects are, the stories that could be linked to these objects and then asked them to design a container for them. They only had twenty minutes to create there ideal container!
Here are a just a few of the brilliant 'container' creations that were made:

Evan's tardis - This beautifully made tardis is obviously bigger in the inside than the outside, so it can store all Evan's precious objects but remaining pocket size. The tardis had CCTV cameras on it, so when anyone tried to break in to the tardis when left unattended, Evan would get a video on his phone of who was intruding, also the tardis could transport him immediately to the scene of the break in.
When discussing Evans tardis with the group of young coaches, they liked the idea of the container for the objects being customisable. So that whatever topic a child was in to, whether its Doctor Who or animals, the container can suit all and be personalised.

Jude's secret chest - Jude created this design, that features a really well-made secret compartment.
The design produced a debate about safety features from voice recognition, to inputting codes, but Jude wanted to keep it traditional with a key. However questions were asked about what happens if you lose the key. We're still working on a solution for the security issues that come with storing the most precious objects and stories a child has. When asked what he would like to improve he said it wouldn't be made from an old fairy container - it would look a bit like a treasure chest.
I will be taking inspiration from these ideas and feedback from the young coaches to design the container.
